This wonderful wacky animation film looks at two simultaneous conflicts, a macrocosm of global nuclear war and a microcosm of a domestic quarrel, and how each conflict is resolved. Des Cubes se rendent compte qu'il existe des êtres de même nature qu'eux mais différents d'aspect : les Ronds. D'abord étonnés, ils se livrent ensuite aux délices de la moquerie et, réciproquement, se battent et s'entre-tuent jusqu'à ce qu'ils deviennent tous des Hexagones. Alors la paix revient; mais un Tétraèdre arrive et la guerre recommence. Ce film d'animation, sans paroles, invite le spectateur à réfléchir sur le comportement de l'homme vis-à-vis de son semblable.
