Des jeunes travailleurs du sexe de Montréal se sont confiés pendant un an à Rodrigue Jean pour dire leurs difficultés et leur mal-être. Au fil des témoignages, le documentaire Hommes à louer dessine le portrait dérangeant d'une jeunesse sacrifiée qui cherche à survivre dans la jungle urbaine. Issus de milieux difficiles, victimes d'abus de toutes sortes, stigmatisés par une société qui, sans état d'âme, fait commerce de leurs corps, ces jeunes vivent une violence au quotidien qui les enferme, entre autres, dans la toxicomanie. Tous se débattent au jour le jour dans ce cercle vicieux, très conscients des limites de leur avenir.
